  • Nominees must be CoSN members.
State Chapter Nominations: CoSN Chapters may submit one nominee per state for this award. If a chapter submits a nominee, additional submissions from that state will not be considered. Only current CoSN members are eligible for the Team Award.

  • Innovation: How does the team use technology in innovative ways based on best practices? (Focus on replicable practices for other teams in different settings.)
  • Impact: What significant changes has this team achieved in the district or agency? Provide data to validate the impact of these changes.
  • Public/Private Sector Partnerships: What partnerships and policies has the team developed to improve connectivity and/or enhance student learning?

Important Notice: If you are from Texas, you are not eligible to apply for this award. The CoSN state chapter in Texas runs a parallel state awards program, and the winner of that award is automatically considered for the national award. We encourage you to apply through your state program.
