CoSN's Driving K-12 Innovation Summit

There is no going back. There is no new normal -- just a next normal we're shaping together. How do schools brace themselves to thrive over the next horizon while dealing with the current scenery? Innovating during a pandemic is challenging but mandatory. Join CoSN for a three hour Summit focused on the Hurdles, Accelerators and Tech Enablers that are both driving and impeding groundbreaking and incremental changes to how we teach and learn. First, the global advisory board behind CoSN’s Driving K-12 Innovation initiative and series of reports will define and discuss the most pertinent trends, challenges and tools in an interactive format. Next, CoSN leaders will demonstrate practical tips and activities for educators and school leaders that spark substantial discussion and consensus for strategic planning. All participants will leave with a toolkit of materials they can leverage for innovation blueprinting at their schools.

Driving K-12 Innovation is a flagship initiative of CoSN - the Consortium for School Networking - which produces free annual reports that guide school leaders and educators around the world on the coming trends and challenges impacting teaching, learning and leadership. The research encompassed in the publications -- and in this session -- reflects a unique all virtual consensus-building process that schools around the world can leverage for deciphering the nuanced trends and challenges in their districts and systems.
